Mindlance is hiring a Senior Developer Workspace Engineer for a six-month temp-to-hire assignment in McLean, Virginia or Plano, Texas, fully onsite. The role combines development, end-user technology, and technical evangelism to design and support physical, virtualized, and browser-based developer workspaces; develop Python and Java tools; improve CI/CD; manage desktop provisioning and software distribution; integrate Generative AI; and advocate for developer best practices. Candidates need development and end-user technology experience, advanced Python and Java skills, and familiarity with SCCM, VDI, cloud networking, risk governance, and AI/ML integration.
