Stream Realty Partners is hiring a Senior Development Accountant to manage accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, capitalization, construction draws, and project funding for owned development projects and related investment entities and joint ventures. The role partners with Investments, Development, Construction, Asset Management, Treasury, and Corporate Accounting teams and supports audits, lender reviews, tax compliance, and financial due diligence. A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 3 to 7 years of relevant experience are required, with CPA designation, commercial real estate development, joint venture, capitalized interest, and Yardi experience preferred.
