The Senior Development Associate supports Global Fund for Women’s Development team by maintaining donor data and Salesforce reports, managing the donor-gift lifecycle, processing tax receipts and recurring donations, coordinating external events, and providing administrative support to the VP of Development and Development team. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least three years of relevant experience, CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency, and experience with charitable gifts and event logistics.
