Description
The Senior Development Coordinator supports Welltower’s Development & Construction finance function by managing project-level budget and cost controls, construction draw reviews, accounting coordination, capital deployment, and financial process improvements. The role requires strong analytical judgment, independent project ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and project or accounting systems. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least five years of experience in real estate development, project controls, construction finance, development accounting, or construction accounting.
