Insightsoftware is hiring an Oracle Database Administrator focused on performance tuning and query optimization. The role serves as a performance subject-matter expert embedded with development teams, evaluates and modernizes the Equity Management platform’s database architecture, leads optimization and migration initiatives, implements deployment and observability tooling, and mentors engineering teams. It requires 6+ years of Oracle expertise, 5–7 years of database engineering and architecture experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and strong SQL, PL/SQL, cloud, and data modernization skills.
