Description
The Senior Development Manager leads multifamily, commercial, and mixed-use real estate development and construction oversight for complex projects exceeding $100 million. The role represents the owner, evaluates opportunities, coordinates consultants and general contractors, manages budgets and contracts, prepares business plans, and performs site visits. It requires at least five years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree, proven large multifamily ground-up development experience, and strong leadership and communication skills.
