Description
Foundry Commercial is hiring a Senior Development Manager to join its Development and Investment team and support senior living real estate projects. The role manages the full project development lifecycle, including pre-development, entitlements, design, construction, occupancy, quality control, staffing, and budget management; coordinates with consultants, brokers, vendors, contractors, operations, clients, and internal teams; and leads project presentations, reporting, scheduling, and budget oversight. The position requires a bachelor's degree and 7–10 years of related experience or training focused on senior living, with multifamily development experience valued. The role may be based at any of Foundry Commercial's office locations.
