Levande is hiring a Senior Development Manager in Melbourne to lead complex retirement living developments from feasibility through construction and sales. The role owns programme, budget, cash flow, profit return, commercial and delivery risk, and project performance; guides design, approvals, contracts and construction delivery; leads consultants, contractors and internal teams; contributes to sales and marketing decisions; and coaches Development Managers and Assistant Development Managers. Candidates must be currently working as a Senior Development Manager and have delivered built-form projects valued at $80 million or more, with exposure to projects around $200 million highly regarded.
