Evidence Action is hiring a Senior Development Officer for its Growth team to drive individual fundraising, identify and cultivate mid-level and major gifts, build relationships in the San Francisco Bay Area tech community, and lead special revenue-generating projects. The role requires at least six years of fundraising, communications, or business development experience, including three years of progressive direct fundraising and donor relationship management experience, along with a track record of activating donors and closing six-figure gifts. The position is remote with a strong preference for the San Francisco Bay Area, expects up to 10% travel, and offers a base salary of $125,000 to $135,000 per year plus benefits.
