Description
QTS is hiring a Senior Development Project Engineer (Data Center Construction MEPR) to support the design, preconstruction, entitlement, permitting, procurement, budgeting, scheduling, change-order negotiation, and closeout activities for data center construction projects. The role coordinates with facilities, contractors, designers, engineers, commissioning agents, vendors, and corporate real estate teams, manages multiple projects, and may support due diligence for potential data center properties. A bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management or equivalent professional experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, commercial construction experience, data center facilities exposure, and MEP management experience are required.
