QTS is hiring a Senior Development Project Manager for data center construction to lead design, preconstruction, and construction activities across one or more projects. The role manages budgets, schedules, permits, procurement, contractor payments, change orders, security, and project delivery while coordinating with facilities, contractors, designers, engineers, commissioning agents, vendors, and data center operations. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in science or engineering or equivalent professional experience, at least five years of commercial construction experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to travel as needed; an MBA, engineering or management master’s degree, mission-critical data center experience, and extensive MEP-trade management experience are desirable.
