QTS is hiring a Senior Development Project Manager to lead the design, preconstruction, and construction activities for retrofit data center projects. The role manages multiple campus projects, budgets, schedules, permits, procurement, change orders, contractor payments, and stakeholder relationships while coordinating with design, construction, commissioning, facilities, and operations teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in science or engineering or equivalent professional experience, at least five years of commercial construction experience across lump-sum, construction management at risk, and design-build delivery methods, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
