Description
The Semiconductor Manufacturing Engineer will monitor and improve Electrical Wafer Sort test yield, analyze and reduce parametric testing and EWS scrap, manage lots on hold, support MRB and NCL disposition, assist with tool qualification and production ramp-up, drive process change qualification, optimize test programs and statistical bin limits, improve inline and parametric CPK, support product and process transfer qualifications, perform bench measurements and failure analysis, and lead yield, scrap, defectivity, and cost-reduction improvement projects. The role requires an engineering degree, at least two years of semiconductor manufacturing or yield-improvement experience, bench analyzer familiarity, basic statistics knowledge, collaboration skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong English; Ace-Xp, JMP, or Spotfire experience is advantageous.
