Proofpoint is hiring a Senior DevOps and Data Engineer for its Data Platform team. The hybrid role combines platform engineering and data infrastructure, focusing on AWS-first cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, DataOps tooling, container and orchestration environments, AWS Glue ETL, workflow orchestration, security, incident response, and mentoring. Candidates need at least five years of DevOps, platform engineering, or site reliability engineering experience, including two years of hands-on data engineering work, along with expertise in AWS services, Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD, containers, and observability.
