CIBC is hiring a Senior DevOps Consultant for its ASG, Capital Markets Technology group in Toronto. The role provides technical leadership and mentorship for ASG DevOps, designs and maintains build and automated deployment systems, supports CI/CD, version control, middleware configuration, production implementations, monitoring, and infrastructure automation, and collaborates with application delivery, development, quality assurance, operations, and business partners. The position requires 8–10+ years of IT experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science or a technical discipline, and knowledge of languages and tools including Golang, Java, NodeJS, C++, JBoss EAP, Azure DevOps, RedHat OpenShift, Linux, Git, GitHub, Jenkins, and JFrog Artifactory. The work arrangement is discussed during the interview.
