Description
Schuberg Philis is hiring a SQL DBA to design, build, and operate SQL database platforms in a hybrid Azure and on-premises environment. The role combines infrastructure and platform engineering—Azure SQL environments, high availability, disaster recovery, replication, automation, and DevOps—with application and performance ownership, including troubleshooting blocking, indexing, query optimization, and protecting environments as applications are onboarded and changed. The position requires SQL Server experience, hybrid-cloud knowledge, Always On and HADR concepts, PowerShell, infrastructure-as-code understanding, and SQL performance troubleshooting.
