Description
Adapty is hiring an Infrastructure Platform Engineer to own and operate its Proxmox and Ceph infrastructure across OVH, Hetzner, bare metal, AWS, and GCP. The role includes capacity planning, upgrades, performance and incident response, resource rightsizing, separating development workloads into a dedicated cluster, infrastructure-as-code with Terraform, Ansible, ArgoCD, and GitLab CI, and reliability ownership. The position requires 10+ years of infrastructure and physical-hardware experience, 5+ years running Kubernetes and cloud platforms in production, and strong FinOps, observability, and root-cause-analysis skills. It offers flexible remote work or onsite work in Belgrade or London.
