BetterHelp is hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer to build, maintain, and operate reliable production and corporate systems. The role involves designing and deploying systems, responding to service outages, managing configuration and security, monitoring production systems, developing automation, and participating in on-call incident management. The position requires at least five years of DevOps or SRE experience, strong AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Terraform, and Linux expertise, and offers remote work with travel to the San Jose, California office up to three times per year. The base salary is $150,000 to $200,000, with a performance bonus and health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
