CodeRoad is hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer to own the reliability, scalability, and automation of cloud-native infrastructure. The role focuses on architecting CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code environments, implementing observability and security controls, troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues, and mentoring engineering teams. It requires at least five years of DevOps, Site Reliability, or Infrastructure Engineering experience, advanced cloud expertise, automation and container skills, scripting ability, and experience in nearshore or offshore client-facing startup cultures. The position is a USA contractor role that is 100% remote and includes health insurance assistance.
