DHL IT Services is hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer, also described as an SAP DevOps Consultant and Service Owner, to join the Global SAP BASIS team within the DHL SAP Centre of Excellence. The role provides second- and third-level SAP operations support, investigates unresolved incidents, collaborates with vendors and other IT teams, and manages SAP landscapes across on-premise, hybrid, and RISE environments. Responsibilities include service governance, authorization, change and transport procedures, disaster recovery, monitoring, access reviews, risk and privilege management, and service performance reporting. The role requires SAP administration and BASIS experience, with exposure to SAP BTP, CALM, ESM, IAS, and GRC (EAM) preferred. Hybrid work, medical insurance, annual leave, and training are offered.
