Five9 is hiring a Cloud Platform Engineer to build and operate hybrid-cloud and cloud-native infrastructure for its SaaS platform. The role focuses on CI/CD and progressive delivery automation, developer workflows, secure scalable platform tools, architecture documentation, and production support. Candidates need 7+ years of DevOps or production operations experience, 5+ years of cloud-native application delivery experience, and expertise with Kubernetes, Terraform, cloud platforms, infrastructure as code, and related programming languages. The role is fully remote for candidates outside the specified Portuguese municipalities; candidates residing within those areas must work in-office three days per week.
