Fundraise Up is hiring a remote Senior DevOps/SRE Engineer for its distributed Russian-speaking team in Cyprus. The role owns one core platform area—observability or CI/CD—from requirements and design through production rollout, operations, incident response, and mentoring. It requires 6+ years of DevOps or SRE experience, strong Linux, Prometheus, CI/CD, container, Ansible, Git, and scripting skills, plus production on-call and mentoring experience. The compensation is €5,800–€6,600 gross per month, with telemedicine, home-office assistance, professional education, gym or swimming pool access, co-working, and remote working benefits.
