Description

Gallup is hiring a DevOps Lead to design and optimize release pipelines, automate delivery, manage AWS infrastructure, and improve reliability and observability across engineering teams. The role requires extensive CI/CD, AWS, infrastructure-as-code, containerization, scripting, security, and DevOps leadership experience, along with mentoring engineers and working on-site at Gallup’s Omaha office two to three days per week. Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Required Previous Experiences: At least five years designing and managing CI/CD solutions, including at least one year with GitHub Actions
At least five years working with AWS, ECS, Lambda, Terraform, and MySQL
At least five years scripting with Bash, Python, or PowerShell
At least three years with containerization technologies such as Docker or ECS
Experience leading DevOps initiatives
At least two years leading technical design and implementation of DevOps solutions
Mentoring and supporting the growth of other engineers
Preferred Qualifications: Exposure to large, complex software solutions
