Description
Gong is hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, operate, and evolve its production platform across AWS, GCP, and Azure. The role owns a multi-cloud, multi-region Kubernetes platform, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging, alerting, on-call operations, security upgrades, and production troubleshooting. The engineer will support hundreds of Java microservices, ML model-serving workloads, and internal R&D tooling, with a focus on reliability, performance, cost optimization, observability, and secure infrastructure. The position requires at least five years of DevOps or platform engineering experience, strong hands-on experience with containers and orchestration, and fluency in infrastructure-as-code, GitOps, CI/CD, scripting, Linux, and cloud security. Gong operates a flexible hybrid work model.
