Description
The role is a hands-on DevOps Engineering Manager responsible for designing, building, and operating cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, automation, IaC, monitoring, and reliability systems. The position leads technical direction, mentors engineers, coordinates with engineering and customers, and evaluates new tools and processes. It requires at least five years of hands-on DevOps experience, production expertise in AWS EKS, GitLab CI/CD, Terraform, and related AWS services, along with strong command-line, microservices, container orchestration, and infrastructure architecture skills. The salary range is CAD 120,000–140,000.
