Siemens is hiring a DevOps Platform Engineer to build and operate its AWS/Kubernetes delivery platform for Software Defined Automation. The role owns the AWS EKS cluster landscape, reusable CI/CD and GitOps tooling, Python automation, observability, incident resolution, and self-service enablement for development teams. Candidates need a computer science or comparable degree, cloud and distributed-systems experience, strong Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform, GitLab CI, Python, and scripting skills, plus English and German communication skills.
