The City of New York is hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer for its Office of Technology and Innovation in Brooklyn, New York. Reporting to the Infrastructure Management division, the role provides site reliability engineering for automation services, monitors CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes clusters, and application health, maintains scripts and infrastructure-as-code modules, validates deployments, participates in code reviews, and maintains runbooks and documentation. The position is open to current city employees, may require overtime and weekend or night shifts, and requires substantial information technology experience with administrative, managerial, executive, or supervisory experience.
