The role combines functional and technical work on Oracle Fusion HCM Core, including configuration, customization, stakeholder collaboration, technical guidance, documentation, change-request management, and integration activities. Candidates need at least eight years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience, three full implementation cycles in the Core module, and hands-on experience with BIP, OTBI, HDL, Redwood, Visual Builder Studio, and related HCM tools.
