o9 is hiring a DevOps On-Prem Manager in Bangalore with a remote work arrangement and a regular shift of 6 AM or 1:30 PM Monday through Friday. The role leads a DevOps team, manages customer-managed on-premises, hybrid, and cloud deployments, and owns platform upgrades, migrations, monitoring, security, compliance, performance optimization, disaster recovery, and operational support. Candidates need 5+ years of DevOps management experience, 12–18 years of DevOps experience, experience with Docker, Kubernetes, cloud operations, infrastructure automation, and enterprise customer environments, along with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
