monday.com is hiring a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to secure its cloud infrastructure, with a strong focus on Kubernetes and collaboration with Security, AppSec, and cloud operations teams. The role covers CNAPP/CSPM and cloud security posture management, Kubernetes hardening, Terraform and CDK configuration, Web Application Firewall administration, security incident response, infrastructure audits, Just-In-Time access management, IAM role design, security tooling, and CI/CD pipeline support. Candidates need at least five years of software engineering experience, three years of DevOps experience, and proficiency in Python, Go, or TypeScript, along with Kubernetes, networking, operating systems, and IAM knowledge. The role is based in the Warsaw office and offers a total target monthly compensation of 44,000 PLN to 54,000 PLN, plus bonus and RSU opportunities.
