NVIDIA’s DFX team is hiring a DFT Engineer to develop and deploy advanced test methodologies, co-architect DFT strategies, own the ATPG lifecycle, collaborate with EDA vendors and CAD teams, and mentor junior engineers. The role requires an MS/PhD or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering or a related field, at least six years of hands-on DFT experience, strong ATPG and test-strategy knowledge, and effective communication skills. The posting is marked hybrid and offers a base salary of 168,000–264,500 USD for Level 4 and 196,000–310,500 USD for Level 5, along with equity and benefits.
