Description
The IODFX Engineer will architect, design, validate, and productize test features for high-speed IOs across pre-silicon simulation and post-silicon testing. The role involves UVM and SOC-level verification, test automation, coverage metrics, debugging, mixed-signal test problems, and collaboration with IP, circuit, DFX, production, and post-silicon test teams. Candidates should have an EE/ECE degree or equivalent experience, strong DFT and verification knowledge, and 5+ years of experience in DFT or industry-standard verification flows.
