Description
NVIDIA is hiring an experienced DFT Design Engineer to define, code, and integrate sophisticated digital design-for-test components into chip projects. The role involves developing DFT features, writing micro-architecture documents, coding design blocks, bringing designs to silicon tape-out and production testing, and collaborating with architects, verification, backend, and production testing teams. The position requires a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience, at least five years of practical experience, RTL implementation and coding exposure, familiarity with verification tools, and strong debugging, problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
