T1 Energy is hiring a Thermal Process Engineer to support the process development, integration, ramp, and high-volume manufacturing of its G2 solar cell fab in Wilmer, Texas. The role focuses on thermal doping and diffusion processes, process characterization, DOE and SPC analysis, troubleshooting, tool qualification, documentation, and technology transfer. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, at least five years of process engineering experience, hands-on diffusion-tool experience, and proficiency with Python, SQL, JMP, and Excel.
