Astera Labs is hiring Digital Design Engineers to develop micro-architecture and front-end circuit design for high-performance network controllers. The role covers RTL, synthesis, IP integration, high-speed protocol knowledge, digital design tools, design-for-test, UVM verification, and silicon bring-up and debug. A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering is required, with a master’s degree preferred; the candidate must be authorized to work in the United States and start immediately.
