Description
The Digital Product Manager Senior leads the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products, including strategy, roadmap planning, design, development, testing, release, and optimization. The role manages large, complex cross-functional initiatives, aligns business and technology stakeholders, applies agile and design-thinking practices, analyzes product performance, and coaches product teams. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent education and experience, plus seven years of digital product management, product ownership, or related technology experience; digital commerce platform and technology integration experience is preferred. The position is primarily office-based with a remote home-office option and occasional travel, with compensation of $123,200 to $164,333.33.
