The Stepstone Group is hiring a Senior Digital Sales Manager to lead the commercial development of its B2B online shop and manage performance across the digital customer journey. The role coordinates stakeholders across traffic, SEO, email marketing, lead management, technology, analytics, and traditional sales; develops targeted campaigns and website improvements; optimizes conversion, upselling, and cross-selling; and reports on leads, revenue, and sales volume. The position requires a relevant degree, at least three years of digital sales or e-commerce experience, analytical and cross-functional leadership skills, and fluent German and B2 English.
