Description
The Senior Digital Transformation Analyst will lead complex, cross-functional transformation workstreams from discovery through value realisation, mentor functional leads and project owners, assess capability maturity, co-design target operating models, and establish OKRs and benefit-realisation frameworks. The role requires extensive experience in digital transformation, business design, management consulting, or enterprise capability development, along with matrix leadership, business architecture, data-driven analysis, stakeholder management, and modern visualisation and workflow tools. It is eligible for inclusion in the company’s hybrid work-from-home policy.
