Description
The Senior Digital Transformation Analyst will lead complex, cross-functional digital transformation workstreams from discovery through value realisation, structure business challenges into roadmaps and measurable outcomes, and mentor functional leads and project owners. The role partners with domain and operational leaders to assess capability maturity, co-design target operating models, establish OKRs and benefit-realisation metrics, and champion sustainable change management. It requires extensive experience in digital transformation, business design, management consulting, or enterprise capability development, along with matrix leadership, business architecture, data-driven analysis, stakeholder management, and proficiency in several listed business and data tools. The position is eligible for inclusion in a hybrid work-from-home policy.
