Ironclad Defense Works is hiring three Senior Digital Transformation Program & Portfolio Managers in Norfolk, Virginia, for full-time on-site work supporting NATO Allied Command Transformation. The role leads complex digital transformation, cloud modernization, enterprise data, requirements, governance, risk, dependency, capability development, and organizational-change initiatives while coordinating technical, operational, program-management, and senior-leadership stakeholders. Candidates need an applicable degree or professional qualification, at least five years of recent project, program, or portfolio management experience, relevant defense or multinational experience, and an active National SECRET clearance or higher. Compensation is $130,000–$165,000, with medical and dental insurance and other benefits.
