Ironclad Defense Works is hiring a Senior Digital Workflow & Rapid Prototyping Developer in Norfolk, Virginia, to support NATO Allied Command Transformation. The role is full-time and on-site, requiring an active National SECRET or higher security clearance. The developer will work hands-on with operational users to identify workflow problems, build and test low-code, no-code, configurable-application, and rapid-prototype solutions, integrate them with enterprise data sources, conduct user testing and pilots, and prepare transition packages for scaling. The position requires substantial recent experience developing digital applications and workflows, with compensation of $115,000–$135,000 annually and medical and dental insurance available to eligible full-time employees.
