Description
Spectrum is hiring a Senior Director of Accessibility to lead enterprise-level accessibility strategy, standards, testing, remediation, and compliance for its digital products. The role partners with design, engineering, design systems, compliance, contractors, and other departments; sets performance targets; develops and mentors leadership; manages budgets and project timelines; and uses AI and other technologies to scale accessibility efforts. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 10+ years in accessibility, assistive technologies, or product management, 10+ years of management experience, and extensive experience with accessible technologies, testing, requirements, and cross-functional teams. The position is based in an office environment with travel as required, and the base pay is $155,600 to $275,800.
