Life360 is hiring a Senior Director to lead decision science and data science for monthly active users (MAU). The role owns MAU driver models and forecasts, exploratory analysis, measurement standards, experimentation, and an AI-native operating model, while leading and developing decision scientists and data scientists. The Senior Director reports to the Head of Data and partners with Revenue Analytics, Data Science, and Data Engineering. The position requires 10+ years of analytics, data science, or decision science experience, including 5+ years in senior people management, along with expertise in causal analytics, forecasting, SQL, Python or R, and related tools. The role is remote-first within the United States and Canada, with a disclosed base salary of $247,000 to $366,000 USD for US-based candidates.
