Pediatrics Plus is hiring a Senior Director to provide strategic leadership for a site’s pediatric therapy and ABA programs. The role oversees site operations, staff hiring and development, therapy enrollment and caseloads, compliance with Arkansas childcare and Medicaid requirements, budgets and payroll, quality assurance, family concerns, community relationships, and service excellence. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, therapy/ABA licensure and certification, strong operational, clinical, communication, organizational, and leadership capabilities, and preferably a master’s degree in a related field and at least three years of broad clinical experience.
