Rocket Lab is hiring a Senior Director, Business Development - National Security to drive growth in the satellite market, with a primary focus on national security opportunities. The role leads defense and civil space business development, develops capture strategies for large government and prime contractor contracts, manages customer relationships, prepares proposals, monitors industry trends, and represents Rocket Lab at conferences and customer meetings. The position is based in Tucson, Arizona, requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical discipline, at least 15 years of relevant aerospace experience, an active TS/SCI clearance, and up to 50% domestic and international travel.
