Description

Polymarket is hiring a BizOps/Chief of Staff to build and operate the company’s planning, metrics, cross-functional programs, and decision-making infrastructure. The role owns annual and quarterly planning, business reviews, dashboards, scorecards, reporting, new initiatives, stalled-work resolution, briefing documents, and operational playbooks, while connecting product, engineering, sales, marketing, and finance. It requires 10+ years of BizOps, strategy, operations, or Chief of Staff experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role, along with analytical, forecasting, SQL, and cross-functional program experience. The position offers a base salary of $350,000 to $450,000 plus equity and benefits.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 10+ years of experience in BizOps, Strategy and Operations, or a Chief of Staff function
At least 3 years in a leadership role managing teams or programs at significant scale
Building cross-functional operating processes from scratch, including planning cycles, business reviews, and metrics infrastructure
Analytical experience with forecasting, unit economics, cohort analysis, variance analysis, and SQL
Managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs without direct authority over the work teams
Structured written communication and decision-memo writing
Operating in ambiguity and scoping problems without existing ownership
Preferred Qualifications: Experience at a high-growth technology or marketplace business, especially in a regulated or novel industry
