Description

Axon is hiring a Senior Director, Business Technology (IT CRM) to lead its Salesforce platform and Quote-to-Cash transformation. The role owns the multi-year platform strategy, AI integration, architecture, security, DevOps, budget, vendor relationships, and executive stakeholder partnerships, while building and managing a team of architects, developers, admins, and business analysts. It is a hybrid position from one of six United States offices, with four days per week in the office, and offers a base pay range of $201,420 to $322,272 USD.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 12+ years of enterprise technology experience
5+ years leading Salesforce platform teams at the Director level or above
Experience scaling Salesforce organizations in high-growth B2B environments with CPQ and Billing in production
Experience leading end-to-end Quote-to-Cash transformations from opportunity through revenue recognition
Experience applying AI on the Salesforce platform, including Agentforce, Einstein, or comparable LLM-powered capabilities
Experience building and managing teams of architects, developers, admins, and analysts, including managing managers
Experience partnering with C-suite and SVP-level GTM and Finance stakeholders
Experience owning multi-million-dollar platform budgets, vendor negotiations, and SI partner relationships
