Omada Health is hiring a Senior Director, Capacity Planning, Workforce Operations & Analytics to lead the department responsible for care-team capacity planning, workforce staffing, licensing and credential management, and analytics. The role owns the department’s strategy and operating systems, develops forecasting and staffing models, leads AI-enabled predictive modeling and automation, manages credentialing workflows, and advises senior leaders on operational and enterprise initiatives. It requires approximately 15+ years of relevant healthcare operations, workforce management, or analytics leadership experience, along with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent advanced education. The role offers a remote-first work-from-home culture and base salary ranging from $202,400 to $290,950 depending on geographic zone.
