Description
The Service Area Director of Pharmacy leads pharmacy operations, clinical programs, medication safety, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, drug utilization, information systems, supply chain, financial operations, and people leadership across an assigned service area. Reporting to the Regional Executive Pharmacy Director, the role partners with ministry and regional leadership, supports performance and engagement goals, and may serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge. Candidates need a pharmacy bachelor’s degree, a Washington Pharmacist License, at least five years of applicable pharmacy experience, and at least three years of management experience; the role requires a hybrid schedule of three onsite days and two remote days.
