Senior Director, Content Strategy & Corporate Communications at ConnectWise

ConnectWise is hiring a Senior Director of Content Strategy & Corporate Communications to lead a combined content and corporate communications function. Reporting to the VP of Brand, the role owns narrative governance, editorial direction, executive communications, public relations, internal and partner communications, social and community engagement, reputation analytics, crisis communications, and communications operations. It also manages a multidisciplinary team, develops AI-enabled workflows and reporting tools, and aligns content and communications to business priorities. The role is remote and U.S.-based, with approximately 15% travel and availability for time-sensitive communications.
